Central area well served by public transport, bars, restaurants, shops, street adjacent silent and residential stands this ancient villa of end ‘800, on two levels plus one, divided in a two studio plus the main floor is the apartment of the owner, each flat is indipendent.
On the second floor, passing by the main stairs you find this beautiful attic studio, furnished in an elegant style bohemian. Consisting in a studio flat, with double bed and a small kitchenette with two induction plates, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine with pods. Ensuite bathroom with a roof window. All very nice and refined, correlated with period furniture. Guests are welcomed with a little basket for breakfast and in the bathroom never lack the equipment of soap, shower gel and shampoo.
Is only 25 minutes walk from the historic center (15 minutes by bus), ease of parking. You can rent a bike in the structure.
